Pregnant Lauren Goodger ‘crying and in pain’ ahead of birth of second child

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren Goodger has revealed how she has been left "crying and in pain" as she is looking after her baby daughter Larose while preparing for the arrival of her second child.

Lauren, 35, became a first-time mum last year after giving birth to daughter, Larose, with her boyfriend Charles Drury.

The reality star soon fell pregnant with her second child, also with beau Charles, and is due to become of two under one when the second tot arrives.

As Lauren neared the end of her second pregnancy, she opened up to her fans about struggling with being heavily pregnant while looking after her daughter Larose and admitted it left her "mentally and physically exhausted".

Posting on Instagram she said: "I still haven't rested but I do it all for her. We been up most of the night.

"My whole body is shaking in so much pain carrying this baby (bump) and Larose. Cried already this morning I am so overwhelmed…

"I hate seeing her uncomfortable, stressed, or in pain. This is why I keep going."

She added: "But what a proud mumma I'll look back one day at my babies and say that was me. I am mentally and physically exhausted. I don't know how I do it.

"Yeah I do it running on love xx."

Lauren also posted a story to explain how she thinks Larose might be teething.

She said: "Been up since 3am with Larose. Got 45 mins in and then she not settled again… I think teething. Just been so different last few nights."

The TOWIE star recently admitted that she has been feeling terrified about giving birth as her first one was incredibly difficult.

Lauren fell pregnant with her second child just ten weeks after the arrival of Larose.

In her Instagram stories recently, the TV personality shared her fears about the upcoming birth.

She said: "Laying here so tired meant to of been sleep 2.5 hours ago! And all I can think about is labour!! Giving birth and I've got to do it all again.. Scared."

Lauren gave birth at home, in a drug-free labour, describing it as the "hardest thing I've ever done in my life", and feared she was going to die due to the pain and constant contractions.

In a follow-up post the next day, the influencer said despite her fears she knows she will be strong.

She said: "Thank you for all the DMS about my labour! I've got an 8 month old and I'm over 7 months pregnant… Not long and I do a homebirth that is natural… (some gas and air) don't like it.

"So I feel everything I'm so scared but I know I am strong and go into my zone."
