This Morning star Trinny Woodall, 56, said she is “just getting over a little bit of corona”. The small-screen star admitted Covid had floored her and it wasn’t the 2021 she had been hoping for.
The fashion guru explained that contracted the virus after she had been taking care of her sick relatives.
In view of her 840,000 Instagram followers, Trinny talked to fans from her home wearing a blue shirt, as she went make-up free.
The news comes after the presenter recently took a break from social media.
Trinny explained: “I just haven’t been up for chatting, it’s been a few days of woof.

“I did feel really horrible until around 5am this morning and then I went back to sleep.”
She said the illness was “horrible” and she was feeling “very tired”.
Trinny said: “I did feel really horrible until the middle of last night, probably until 5am this morning.
“Then I went back to sleep and had a few days of feeling horrible.
She continued: “At Christmas, I’d been looking after people around me who had corona, and I thought I was invincible.
“I was really careful with them in the household, wearing gloves and protective clothing and then in the end I was just wearing the mask and stuff and then I got it too.”
The mum-of-one also talked about how she was tackling the virus and said she has been drinking plenty of water and taking supplements.
“I think I just feel very, very tired,” Trinny commented.

“Not the way I want to come into fighting January that’s for sure, but then I’ll be, actually I felt now I’d get on here and speak to you guys.”
She added: “I had a bit of a chest infection too so that was why, but send me health manifestation as I’m not feeling my strong self, I miss talking to you, and so I thought I should just get on the phone now.”
Fans inundated the fashion guru with comments, as they offered their well-wishes.
“Wishing you a speedy recovery,” one wrote.
Another penned: “Oh Trinny! I am so sorry to hear that you got the virus. Get well soon and please take care. Sending you love.”
A third wrote: “Take care and look after yourself.”
“I’m so sorry to hear that you are unwell. I hope you heal fast,” another user typed.
