Unheard Johnny Depp and Amber Heard allegations exposed in new documents

Newly unsealed court documents from actor Johnny Depp’s defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard, 36, have revealed several pieces of unheard information.

The trial ended two months ago, with Johnny, 59, being announced to have won the trial a month later afterthe jury voted in his favour.

It has been reported that the new documents have revealed some of the cross accusations put forward by both Johnny and Amber’s legal teams – but they were prevented from using them.

One of the bombshell revelations is that Johnny reportedly wanted to share nude images of his ex-wife Amber as evidence in the trial. It’s believed Amber wanted to do the same with images of Johnny, but both parties were prohibited from doing so.

The documents, which were unsealed over the weekend, also claim that Amber walked away from “tens of millions of dollars” when divorcing the Pirates of The Caribbean actor six years ago, and that her lawyers wanted to share her allegations of Johnny having an erectile dysfunction disorder, Mirror Onlinereports.

Meanwhile, Johnny’s legal team also reportedly attempted to exclude his text messages from Marilyn Manson, as Amber’s team wanted to exclude the information about her once being an exotic dancer.

Reportedly the unsealed documents were made up of a whopping 6,000 pages.

In light of losing the case, Amber was ordered to pay her ex $8.3 million in damages, reportedlysparking the Aquaman actress to sell her $1 million home.

She’s believed to have sold her house in Yucca Valley, Southern California, having bought it pre-pandemic, reports TMZ.

Reportedly Amber made a $500,000 profit by selling the property, having allegedly purchased it in 2019 through an anonymous trust.

TMZ also reported that the new owners of the property dealt with Amber's agents, rather than the actress herself, but confirmed that it was from her that they bought the property.

Johnny sued Amber for libel in December 2018, after an op-ed she wrote for the Washington Post.

The actor's lawyers said the article implied Amber had been abused during their relationship.

During the trial, Johnny’s ex, world renowned model Kate Moss, gave evidence.

After the verdict,Kate, 48, said she felt she “had to tell the truth”.

Speaking on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs, Kate told presenter Lauren Laverne: “I know the truth about Johnny. I know he never kicked me down the stairs. I had to say that truth.”

Kate, who rose to fame in the 1990s, was in a relationship with the Hollywood actor between 1994 and 1998.

She testified during the trial in May 2022, appearing in the Virginia courtroom via video link.
