Jack Fincham seen with blood pouring from his head after gory treatment
Love Island winner Jack Fincham gave fans a gory insight into his self-care treatment after sharing a picture of a lump of blood that had been removed from his head.
The reality star, 30, took to Instagram on Sunday (May 23) to share a clip of himself getting the painful-looking cupping procedure with his 1.9 million followers.
In the video, Jack can be seen lying on his front on a treatment table whilst receiving the grisly procedure which is meant to help reduce stress.
Jack said: "I tell you what, when I come in here it's like having a car MOT, changing your oil, it's the only way I can describe it."
After the cup is taken away from Jack's skull, his blood can be seen pouring into a towel and a jellified clump of blood is visible on the side of his head.
Jack described the mass of blood "like a trifle" whilst joking that he could sell it "down the market" after seeing it look similar in appearance to a liver.
Chatting to his cupping practitioner, the ITV star said: "That's the worst one yet, isn't it? That's a lot of toxins, you don't want that running around your head."
Cupping is a form of alternative therapy, which involves fitting cups onto the skin to create suction by applying heat.
During the treatment, which is used mainly in Asia as well as Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, the skin is sucked up as the cups cool down.
Those who practice the technique claim the increased blood flow to the areas during cupping helps to remove damaging toxins from your body.
Jack is not the first celeb to try the cupping method, after Dwayne Johnson and Mickey Rourke gave the treatment a go earlier this year as well as Olympic champ swimmer Michael Phelps.
Former sales manager Jack shot to fame on the fourth series of Love Island back in 2018, after going on to win the show with a whopping 79.6% of the public vote alongside his ex-girlfriend Dani Dyer.
The pair even starred in their own Love Island spin-off show called Jack & Dani: Life After Love Island, before splitting in April 2019.
And Jack sparked romance rumours on Sunday evening after being spotted getting close to TOWIE's Frankie Sims after a night out at a bar together.
The two reality stars had been cosying up to each other before they departed as a pair in Jack's car later that night.
