Strictly Come Dancing's Rose Ayling-Ellis has floored fans with a "gorgeous" behind-the-scenes snap.

The EastEnders actress will appear in this year's series of the BBC One dance show, alongside soap stars Katie McGlynn and Nina Wadia.

Posting to Instagram on Sunday, Rose gave fans a taste of what they can expect from her this series.

The soap star, who has played Frankie Lewis on the BBC One soap since last year, shared a sensational mirror selfie of her rocking the signature Strictly tan.

Stood in front of a well-lit dressing mirror, Rose also wore hair extensions and a full face of make-up.

It seems Strictly fans will have to wait to see what kind of costume Rose sports when the show returns this weekend.

In the image, the deaf actress was dressed simply in a white graphic t-shirt and black leggings.

Rose captioned the image: "Only on Strictly, does the hair 'grow' overnight and the tan suddenly appears!

"The launch show is on Saturday, I cannot wait for you to find out who my partner is!!!"

Rose followed her post with an image description to inform her visually-impaired followers of her stunning look.

Quick to share their admiration for her "gorgeous" new look were Rose's 27,500 followers.

One wrote: "So beautiful. Can't wait to see you on Strictly."

Another commented: "You look amazing!"

Meanwhile, a third replied: "Gorgeous Rose! Can't wait for next weekend, I will be supporting you all the way."

Another said: "Ahh you absolute beaut Rose!"

"Good luck, gorgeous," another well-wisher concluded.

Rose previously opened up about wanting to "do the deaf community proud" during her run on the show.

She said: "I hope I will do the deaf community proud and break down more barriers.

"But I am also very excited to learn an incredible new skill and even better, I get to learn whilst wearing beautiful dresses made especially for me."

Strictly Come Dancing returns this weekend to BBC One.
