Zendaya flaunts cleavage and tiny waist in plunging dress ahead of Emmy Awards

Despite the 72nd annual Emmy Awards having a "come as you are" dress code and no red carpet due to the ceremony being streamed, Zendaya Coleman ensured she still pulled out all the stops.

The former Disney star, 24, is no stranger to pulling off a killer look on the famous red carpet.

But even though she isn't leaving her home, it comes as no surprise that she still commissioned a designer frock.

Coleman took to her Instagram Stories to showcase her killer dress which is "look one" of the evening, leaving people questioning how she can top her current look.

Walking through a hallway, Timothée Chalamet's co-star looked sensational as she posed in a bold black and purple number.

Risking exposing her assets, Zendaya's dress consisted of a black blazer-style top half, with a giant purple band covering her midriff.

The bottom half of her Christopher John Rogers dress consisted of a peplum skirt.

She completed her look by wearing her tresses in a sleek low bun, with dark eye makeup, with perfectly chiselled cheekbones.

Adding some sparkle to her night, Zendaya rocked a purple Bulgari necklace and a pair of killer black diamonte Christopher Louboutin heels.

Her stylist Law Roach later shared the clip on Instagram with fans and celebrities flocking to the comment section which was weighed down with compliments.

One fan gushed: "Splendid!"

While a second added: "Stunning as always!!"

"I'm OBSESSED," exclaimed a third.

"Y'all already slaying," penned a fourth.

Zendaya is nominated for her first Emmy Award, for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her portrayal of Rue on Euphoria.

After first being nominated, she took to her Instagram page, saying she was "speechless".

Writing to her 78.9 million followers, she said: "I'm honestly speechless, my heart is just overflowing with love and gratitude.

"I'm so incredibly honoured to work beside the talented people that I get to call family. I am a small piece of a big beautiful puzzle and I’m so proud of all of you."
