Bradley Walsh infuriates The Chase viewers as he repeats ‘tedious’ phrase

Daily Star’s Inside Hot TV newsletter sees Ed Gleave send you telly’s hot takes straight to your inbox every Sunday

The Chase host Bradley Walsh got on the wrong side of viewers on Thursday afternoon as he constantly repeated the phrase "all day long".

Bradley, 60, welcomed four new contestants to the show and the cheeky presenter was eager to see them get through to the final with some money in-hand.

Jenny Ryan aka The Vixen was in the hot seat trying to prevent the hopefuls from going home with the cash prize.

During the show, viewers spotted that beloved presenter Bradley Walsh said "all day long" numerous times when he believed a contestant had chosen the correct answer.

Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "That's all week long now, with all these 'all day long'."

A second person posted: "All day long klaxon x6"

Another added: "Really fed up of Bradley Walsh saying "all day long'."

While a fourth person posted: "I wish Brad would drop the 'all day long' c**p, it's tedious now."

It was just another day in the office for quiz champion Jenny as she managed to beat the latest team of hopefuls.

ITV have confirmed that The Chase spin-off show Beat The Chasers will be back for a third series this year.

Bradley will return to host the edge-of-your-seat quiz in which contestants are given the option of playing multiple Chasers for increasing amounts of money, but with a decreasing time advantage against them.

An exact start date for the new series and celebrity contestants for the specials are to be confirmed.

As well as Beat The Chasers, The Chase is launching a brand-new spin-off show for the ITV Hub, giving viewers the chance to get up close and personal with the Chasers

The Chase Extra, the new series of shorts will see each of the Chasers turn quizmasters as they set fans 10 of their own quiz questions and answers.

The six-part series will drop a new instalment every Monday at 6pm, starting from March 8, 2021.
