David Ginola tipped to win I’m A Celeb 2021 over Frankie and Danny

Heads are beginning to roll in the castle, with Kadeena Cox and Arlene Philips the first two contestants to get the axe.

But who will go on to win the coveted I'm a Celeb prize of absolutely nothing apart from glory?

With a number of strong contestants still in the race it's anybody's game.

The realistic contests are already being whittled down, with fans, bookies and Ant and Dec beginning to pick their favourites.

It's been a tougher than average year for both crew and contestants, with multiple disasters taking place.

First, headliner and Good Morning Britain star Richard Madeley was rushed to hospital with dehydration and was unable to return having burst the Covid bubble.

Then, storm Arwen laid waste to the set and prevented the show from running for three nights; there were even reports of intruders being found during the down time from the storm.

Which celebrities are tipped to win I'm A Celebrity 2021 according to odds

The bookies have got David Ginola as the odds on favourite to win the series at 10/11, according to betting firm Ladbrokes.

A spokesperson for Ladbrokes said: "Punters simply can't get enough of David and it looks like it's going to take something special from his rivals to emerge as the winner instead."

As big Newcastle United supporters, veteran hosts Ant and Dec seem to love him adding the word 'legend' every time they mention the former footballer.

Coming in at second sits Frankie Bridge at 4/1. The former Saturdays singer, who admitted last week that she had a cast of her own bum made for ex-footballer husband Wayne one Christmas, she has been a big part of the show so far and is David's biggest rival for the top spot.

She may be disappointed though, having reportedly been number one favourite going into the show.

Picking up the last podium spot is Danny Miller at 9/2, whose final episode in soap Emmerdale aired this week with him having played Aaron Dingle for a whopping 13 years.

Fellow soap star, Coronation Street's Simon Gregson is also in the running at fourth place at 7/1 odds having been a late arrival to the show.

When is the I'm A Celebrity 2021 final?

The epic ending to a challenging year in the castle is set for December 12.

It will air at 9pm on ITV and run through to 10:40pm.

While the show started with 12 celebrities battling it out, by the time Sunday night's final rolls around viewers will have just three stars to choose from.

The three survivors will be hoping to end either 22 day journey with glory and be crowned the King or Queen of the jungle.
