Emmerdale’s Kim Tate poisoner exposed, Pollard collapse and Luke confession

Emmerdale spoilers have hinted that Kim Tate could finally be about to find out who her mystery poisoner is.

After weeks of fretting that she has hereditary dementia – egged on by Gabby Thomas in a plot to swindle money from the Home Farm accounts – Kim is at the end of her rope.

But she could be about to find out who the culprit is, as she sets up a huge dinner party with all the suspects invited…

Elsewhere, Pollard suffers a brutal collapse after being bribed by Mackenzie after he refused to back down on his statement against Aaron – but will he change his mind?

And Luke has a shock confession in store for his mum Wendy and girlfriend Victoria as he looks set to be moving in with her.

Fans can look forward to all that and more in next week’s Emmerdale – and we have all the spoilers right here.

Kim’s mystery poisoner exposed

Kim gets ready for her formal luncheon at Home Farm, having decided to trap her poisoner after figuring out she was the subject of a sinister drugging plot.

While she dresses to impress, Jai, Jamie and Dawn are left puzzled in the village about why they’ve received a formal invitation from the soap stalwart.

But Kim is keeping up the pretence of being drugged and confused back at Home Farm as she submits to being grilled by Will about why he’s also received an invite.

While Kim’s guests begin to arrive, she pretends to be utterly befuddled as she starts to spin her complex web.

Once her guests are all assembled around the table, Kim declares she’s stepping back from the business and needs to anoint a new successor, and revels in the reaction – and bickering – it inspires among her dinner guests.

She addresses them one last time with a speech designed to manipulate her true poisoner into taking action – but will it work?

Al is determined to impress Kim, while son Jamie is unnerved by Kim and Will’s growing closeness. In true underhanded Jamie Tate fashion, he employs Noah once more for another covert mission – to spy on Will.

Pollard collapses

Since Aaron broke into his property with the intention of returning Brenda’s brooch, it’s no surprise Pollard might be a bit on edge.

After Mack cases out his Barn, he’s caught red-handed by Ryan with Val’s coat, which he’s lifted from the property as a treasured keepsake of her widower.

Ryan urges Mack to do the right thing, even going as far as to threaten to tell Cain what he’s been up to. But the next day, Ryan’s still unimpressed with his housemate’s behaviour.

Pollard, meanwhile, is tempted to rekindle his romance with Faith, but is wary of the pain it would cause Brenda.

And when a cocky Mack turns up at his Barn to offer him a quid pro quo – the return of the coat for Aaron’s freedom – he’s dumbstruck at the audacity of the Scotsman.

The tense stand-off escalates until Pollard suffers an angina attack, and as he slumps to the ground, Mack has to make a quick decision – to help, or not to help?

With Eric in hospital, Faith dashes to his bedside but the visit doesn’t go in the direction she’d hoped for.

When Brenda arrives at the hospital, Faith tells her that ‘Brenda’ was the first word he spoke when he came round.

Has Eric finally made his choice?

And Mack, meanwhile, reckons he’s found another way of solving his problem.

Luke’s shock confession

When Victoria reveals to Amy that she’s planning to ask her boyfriend Luke to finally move in with her, Ethan comes to an unsettling realisation of what his former friend is up to, and confesses all to his mum Wendy.

Before long, Wendy is left begging Luke to be honest with her, but he’s not sure he can be – but later, he summons the courage to tell his mum the truth.

Having heard it all, Wendy urges her son not to let the past keep him from finding happiness, and pleads with Luke to tell Vic what he’s just admitted to her.

But Luke is terrified of losing her for good, and orders Wendy to keep his secret or he’ll lose another son.

And soon after, Vic is decidedly excited about taking the next step with her beau, as he’s moving in with her.
