Holby City fans aghast as lovers Ange and Josh find out they’re having twins

Holby City favourite Ange Godard (Dawn Steele) made a huge decision about her unborn during Tuesday's episode.

Kylie Madden (Amy Murphy) and Louis McGerry (Tyler Luke Cunningham) were left baffled at the beginning of the latest edition of the BBC medical drama as they discovered that a female stranger had spent the night with Josh Hudson (Trieve Blackwood Cambridge).

As they tried to get to the bottom of what's going on, Kylie was left mortified to realise that Ange had overheard their conversation.

It turned out that there was a perfectly innocent explanation for Josh's extra-circular sleepover as she was an old friend.

Josh made a heartfelt speech about his desire to stand by the mother of his baby and they both attended the fundraiser together in the evening.

He insisted that he can't imagine his life without Ange, leaving the pregnant woman secretly delighted.
