Holly Willoughby, Amanda Holden and Rita Ora pose for new photo exhibition about 'taking a moment'

HOLLY Willoughby today led a whole host of celebrities in urging people to 'take a moment' for mental health.

The TV host, 39, was joined by her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield, along with Amanda Holden and Rita Ora in raising awareness by taking part in a new photo exhibition.

Over 200 stars took part in the campaign, which sees them pose for a series of classic black and while shots.

The interactive exhibition is in aid of mental health charity MIND.

The virtual art gallery, which is live online now, features portraits of stars seen ‘taking a moment’ to close their eyes and ‘refresh their energy and connection’.

Other celebrities taking part include Ant and Dec, James Corden, Kylie Minogue, Carol Vorderman and Tom Jones.

The exhibition was launched by photographer Ray Burmiston and also include pictures of Ronan Keating, Jodie Whittaker, Lenny Henry and Gary Barlow.

You can view the portraits online now, and you can also submit your own ‘eyes closed’ photo to the evolving exhibition.

They will then be displayed alongside the stars for a donation fee and a nomination of someone else to do the same.

It's hoped then the gallery will expand to hundreds of thousands of pictures of people from across the UK in a bid to raise awareness for mental health.

All donations will go towards MIND, the charity offering support, information and advice to people with mental health problems, and to artists who can no longer perform due to COVID.

Virtual guests to the exhibition will also be able to purchase exclusive prints of a selection of the celebrity portraits.
