This Morning host Holly Willoughby has revealed she sees her TV husbands Phillip Schofield and Bradley Walsh considerably more than her real-life partner Dan Baldwin.

Speaking during an appearance on BBC’s The One Show, Holly, 40, was grilled over which of her male co-stars she would choose to live on a desert island with for a month when viewers sent in their burning questions for the star.

However, Holly, who tied the knot with Dan in 2007, chose to play it safe and completely dodged the dilemma, saying she’d actually opt to spend time with TV producer Dan instead.

Holly laughed: “No, I wouldn’t [choose either of them]. I’d choose my husband because I spend more time with Brad and with Phil, so it’s time I get some husband time.”

This comes after Holly opened up about having not one, but two TV husbands in This Morning co-host Phil and The Chase’s Bradley.

When Phil joked that he was devastated that Holly had teamed up with Bradley for their new BBC entertainment series Take Off, Holly responded by saying she felt very lucky to have both of them by her side.

She smiled: “No one’s being traded in. I’ve got enough love in my heart for these two men, one on ITV, one on the BBC… I'm the sandwich in the middle!”

Opening up further about her on-screen relationship with Bradley, mum-of-three Holly continued: “Most of my job on Take Off is babysitting Bradley Walsh.”

She added of the Doctor Who star: “He really is a law unto himself. He’s a complete joy to work with, but a complete nightmare!”

The pair’s show, which starts this Saturday on BBC One, sees them giving away tickets to a seat on a plane for a holiday of a lifetime.

Speaking about the concept and how it couldn’t have been better timed due to the pandemic, Holly said: “It was a brilliant show before but now it all gives us some hope and something to look forward to.”

She continued: “Although we all loved going away on holiday before, I think we appreciate it even more than ever now.”

Former Celebrity Juice host Holly previously revealed that some of the seats on the plane have been gifted to some of the UK’s most deserving residents.

Speaking about one that stood out for her in particular, Holly name-checked Jill Lauder, a lady who has opened the doors of her hairdressing salon in Scotland to women undergoing chemotherapy and calls it the Feel Good Project.

Holly explained: “I surprised her at the hair salon and she’s amazing. You can’t help but be moved. What she’s doing is so simple, but it’s just making such a difference.”
