James McAvoy takes swipe at Bake Off’s Paul Hollywood after spotting hand habit

Award-winning actor James McAvoy has delivered his best performance yet – doing an impression of Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood.

The Scottish star, 41, took aim at the baking guru during Tuesday's The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer, having picked up on one of his signature habits.

While chatting to host Matt Lucas, James pointed out Paul has a tendency to stand with his hands in his pockets, with his legs spread.

Paul, who has hosted the cooking show since its 2010 inception, is famed for his stern stance, as he surveys the baking tent with both hands tucked by his hips.

Admitting Paul's habit had caught his attention, James decided to demonstrate for Little Britain star Matt.

The Atonement star even took off his apron to successfully imitate the GBBO star, as he wondered: "What is inside his pockets that he's scared of disturbing?"
