Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan work up a sweat as they go on a bike ride during 34 degree heatwave

MARK Wright and Michelle Keegan worked up a sweat as they go on a bike ride during 34 degree heatwave.

The Towie hunk, 33, has committed to his fitness in the two weeks since he got back from his luxury holiday in Spain.

However, now him and wife Michelle, 33, are out of the government mandated quarantine, the pair can now get on their bikes.

Mark uploaded a video of him dripping with sweat, saying: "Morning ride, got it done.

"Dripping, it's warm outside today. A little 45 minute 15 miler. Get up, get your workout done. Makes you feel so good. Look at the barnet."

He wore a black helmet and a grey top covered in sweat.

Michelle also made an appearance on his social media, wearing the tight bicycle Lycra, a helmet and starring across the fields.

The Sun recently revealed Mark plans to open a fitness empire, including gyms, books, DVDs and sports equipment.

A source said: "Mark wants to trademark the name for gyms, plus online tuition, books and DVDs, as well a for clothes and sports equipment."

They added: "He filed the papers in June. Once approved by the Intellectual Property Office, it will mean he is the only person who can use his name.

"It will prevent others from using ‘Train Wright’ to cash in on his fame and status to make money."

In May, Michelle and her husband launched a joint fitness venture, called Mysa Active, the same time Mark opened Train Wright.

Both companies were registered as "physical well-being activities", with Mysa Active labelled as the "retail sale of clothing in specialised stores."

A month later, in a step to rival the Beckhams, business savvy Mark and Michelle launched another fashion brand – Mysa Ventures.

These new ventures are a way for the couple to cash in and join long-standing firms run by the two of them.

Mark owns property firm Chigwell Properties and The Wright Look Models while Michelle has Rosia Promotion.

The pair have recently come back from their holiday across the Balaeric islands from mainland Spain in Marbella, to Majorca and Ibiza.

Upon touching down in the UK, Mark wrote: "Back to quarantine life. 2 weeks!! How's ya luck!! Oh well. Looks like I will be doing a whole lot of this."

The ex-Towie star shared photos of their plane landing in the UK with the pair wrapped up in face masks to protect them and others from coronavirus.
