Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice have been in the running to win Strictly Come Dancing 2021 ever since the couple first performed together. However, ahead of the semi-final, new elimination evidence from digital marketing agency Mediaworks suggests another couple may lift the Glitterball Trophy instead.
Strictly fans are just one week away from seeing the winner of this year’s competition.
For the third year, the Mediaworks team have been tracking social media sentiment analysis to predict each week’s elimination.
Only three couples will make it through to the Grand Final and Mediaworks predicts the bookies’ favourite won’t be lifting the Glitterball Trophy.
After analysing the most recent 1,000 tweets relating to the remaining celebrities, Rhys Stephenson has come out on top.

The CBBC presenter has survived three dance-offs and was saved by the public last week.
From November 27 to December 9, Rhys finishes at the top of the chart followed by Rose.
AJ Odudu who was saved by the judges in last weekend’s dance-off finishes in third position.
Meanwhile, Great British Bake Off winner John Whaite can be found at the bottom of the chart.
Will Rose and Giovanni lose out to Rhys and Nancy Xu if they both make it through to the final?
The two celebrities are leading the way on Instagram too.
EastEnders’ Rose has seen a 5.64 percent growth with 20,074 new followers.
Rhys has upped his followers by 6.53 percent with 1,658 new followers giving him the highest proportionate growth of the remaining celebrities.

Instagram data suggests AJ will secure a spot in the coveted final while John will miss out.
The presenter has seen a 2.44 percent growth with 4,513 new followers compared to the baker’s 3,872 new followers and 1.62 percent growth.
Although Rhys enjoys the highest percentage growth in Twitter followers, Rose gained the highest number of new fans ahead of the semi-final.
Rhys gained 212 followers with a 7.75 percent increase while 1,737 new Twitter users have followed Rose.

AJ and Kai Widdrington will be looking to impress with a Rumba before returning with a Quickstep.
Rose and Giovanni will take on an Argentine Tango and Waltz while John and Johannes Radebe will perform a Jive followed by a Couple’s Choice.
The fourth semi-finalist Rhys will fight for his position in the competition with a Samba and Tango.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC One on Saturday at 7.05pm.
