Spoilers: Tommy is brutally attacked in violent EastEnders scenes

Tommy Moon recently stopped some teenagers bullying Scarlett by telling them his dad his Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) in EastEnders.

The young lad has connected with Phil since he started a relationship with Kat (Jessie Wallace), no doubt enjoying consistent presence of a father figure.

But with Phil on his way to prison, things are changing for Tommy once more.

And the situation gets worse for him when he’s attacked by some bullies.

Coming up, Kat tells Phil it’s not fair to still be close with the kids when he’s going away so soon.

Feeling worried about the bullies, Tommy asks Phil if he can still pick him up from school.

Later, Henry pays Kat a visit.

When Phil appears, Kat deliberately flirts with Henry which makes him incredibly jealous.

As Phil orders Henry out, Kat’s anger grows but they’re distracted when a call from Tommy comes through.

Phil freezes, realising he’s forgotten to pick Tommy up.

Panic ensues as Phil fails to find Tommy, but the young lad soon returns – he’s been beaten up.

Kat tries to get information out of her son, but she struggles.

Eventually, Tommy reveals the truth and Kat outraged to learn Phil has been helping him behind her back.

This certainly won’t help Phil’s situation – will he go to prison knowing he’s ruined things with Kat and her children for good?

Or can they make amends?
