Ulrika Jonsson confirmed for Celebs Go Dating as she insists she wants someone ‘good at sex’

Ulrika Jonsson has been confirmed for the upcoming series of Celebs Go Dating and she has already revealed her criteria for a new love interest.

The new line-up of single stars was revealed on Tuesday, with Ulrika, 54, joining the likes of TOWIE's Chloe Brockett, Made In Chelsea's Miles Nazaire and MAFS UK star Nikita Jasmine – to name a few.

Speaking in a promotional video as the news was announced, Ulrika insisted that she wants someone "good at sex" and joked that "any applications" were welcome.

The mother-of-four quipped: "What kind of person am I looking for? Erm, fun, good at sex, that's it… roughly. I mean, that's like a general guide. Any applications welcome!"

Teasing what viewers could expect, Ulrika continued: "I think the agents will help me by telling me what I need and not what I want. That was deep!

"This is going to be a different show by the time this series goes out, I'm telling you now, I'm raising it up!"

It comes after Ulrika revealed she isn't looking for a partner to spend the rest of her life with and instead, she is more open to the idea of having "a lot of sex" as her sex drive has gone "bonkers".

Speaking to Vicky Pattison on her podcast last month, she shared: "I reached this point when I was 51 where I [didn’t] want to be in a relationship but I do want to have sex – and I’d like to have a lot of it, please."

The Celebrity SAS star went on to say her urge began after one of her friends introduced her to dating online.

"My sex drive went a bit bonkers – well, I don’t know if it went bonkers, it may have been bonkers – but anyway I wasn’t having any sex but then my friend put me on the dreaded dating apps so then I did have a few dates," Ulrika said.

"That was only the beginning of this year," she added.

Ulrika and her ex husband Brian Monet separated three years ago after being together for 11 years.

When Vicky asked the TV host what her relationship status is right now, she replied: "That’s interesting. So I came out of my last marriage three years ago and had no intention at all of going into a relationship.

"I think I'd always been a relationship person, I’d always been someone who, you know, from early on I was always looking for the one, because I guess we’ve been programmed that there was 'the one' out there for you."

She continued: "And also, I wanted to breed, I wanted to have kids, I was looking for 'the one' who could inseminate me!"

It comes after the blonde beauty confessed she made love with her ex-husband just once in eight-and-a-half years.

"NEARLY two years ago, just before my 50th birthday, I remember thinking I might have to just accept that I would never have sex ever again," she said.

"The reason I thought this is because I had not had sex for four and half years. And the time before that was four years prior. I was living in a sexless marriage for nearly a decade."

Ulrika explained: "It wasn’t that I was gagging for sex, but I wanted to feel I was loved.

"I wanted to be touched here and there, to let me know that I was still all right for an old bird," she bravely wrote.

"Only having one sexual encounter in eight and half years, coupled with me starting to go through the menopause six years ago, couldn’t have made me feel worse about myself.

"I put on a bit of weight, lost my memory, struggled with confidence and knowing who I was."
